There are a lot of us and we experience God in a lot of different ways! We believe that God is always amongst us in times of prayer, study and praise. Aside from worship, we offer other experiences to be close with God.
Power Hour– Our guest praise band, “Covered” cuts loose with contemporary Christian music the first Sunday of the month from 4:00 to 5:00 pm in Hightman Hall (or outside if the weather is good). All are welcome. We get many visitors who stop in to hear the music, hear about 10 minutes of inspirational words from the clergy and enjoy a bite to eat together.
Lent and Advent fellowship, study, and worship- We focus on an aspect of our walk with God during these Holy seasons. It’s a time to refocus our attention on God during times when there’s a lot competing for our attention. Check back in February and November for details. We’ll also have an activity for kids as well!
Covid-19. Mostly, as we approach autumn 2020, our activities are centered around worship, as we practice mask-wearing and socially distancing. We look forward to the time that we can once again gather for fun activities and share meals together again.
