Request for Use of Space at Epiphany

Please read this page carefully before you submit a reservation request to use space at Epiphany Lutheran Church.

Complete the form below to request your space. All information requested on the form must be filled in. Incomplete forms will delay your reservation request. SPACE REQUESTS ARE NOT RESERVED Until all the process is complete.

Once your request is received, we will review it and be in touch. If we have all the information we need, you will receive a packet in the mail with the paperwork to be signed.
Reservations are saved on the calendar in the order that the final signed paperwork, use of space donation, and security deposit is received.
No space is guaranteed.
Questions may be directed to the church office at 410-485-7654 between 10:00 and 3:00 Monday-Friday.
